Shipping

  • Processing time: We pack and ship your order within 2–4 working days (excluding weekends and holidays). During busy times (like Christmas), it might take a little longer – but we’ll keep you in the loop.

  • Shipping options: We use trusted delivery services to get your candles to you safely. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way.

  • Delivery times:
    – Usually 2–5 working days

  • Shipping costs: These are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

Refunds & Returns

  • We get it – sometimes things don’t go to plan. Here’s what to do if you need to return something:

    • Changed your mind?
      No problem. Just contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unlit, and in original condition. You’ll need to cover the return postage.

    • Something wrong?
      If your order arrives damaged or there’s a fault, please email us with photos and your order number. We’ll sort it out – whether that’s a replacement or a refund.

    • Not eligible for return:

      • Custom or personalised candles

      • Candles that have been lit or used

      • Items returned after 14 days without notice
